We were asked to take the US artwork and give it more impact. We changed the colour palette and used a strong spot coloured graphic device to enhance the stand out. The graphic elements allowed us to deliver many different formats and kept the campaign consistent.
Shrapnel needed to convey ‘The Hunter Becomes The Hunted’ and so we created an image from the view point of one of the protagonists aiming at the other. The crossbow was 3D rendered in-house and then integrated into the poster.
The title treatment was designed to add extra impact and relevance to...
The real story of the man who was forced to become the double of Saddam Hussein’s sadistic son. We produced two posters, one that conveyed the forced co-operation of the double and one that combined a moment of violence with wealth, using Uday Hussein’s famous golden AK47.
Shrouded in mystery, the girl with the dragon tattoo needed to be revealed in a striking and memorable way. With that in mind we created a campaign and visual language that took you on an investigation of your own.
This is a teaser poster, advertising the upcoming release. We constructed the Dragon from flames, using the same template as the dragon on our Dragon Tattoo poster so as to retain the branding.
Waking up to find you’ve been buried alive inside a coffin with only a lighter and a cell phone is a frightening thought, so we needed to capture the panic and claustraphobic nature of this film immediately.
With a sense of voyeurism and intrigue, coupled with simple design and earthy colours, this was less about ‘over design’ and more about creating clear branding.
This went on to do so well we produced over 60 adverts, and bearing in mind this was a German film that was quite unique.
This had to be unique but retain its thriller essence. Based around the eye, which when peeled back showed layers of story we incorporated images of the gunman and the main character. Set in New Zealand in the early 1900’s, Tracker is the story of a mutual respect between two opposing characters, the hunter and the hunted. The brief was to create a teaser poster that captured some of the scale of the landscape and the idea that Ray Winstone was the Tracker.

In dealing with making an image for a making of the classic book, we wanted a mixture of mechanical and organic material to create a hybrid of man and machine.
A re-make of the 1986 classic, we were asked to come up with an image that would stand out and also give a hint to the call girl aspect of the film. We commissioned a specialist to create a neon sign for us that would glow red, the treatment was eye catching and memorable. Photography by John Ross
